HOW IT ALL WORKS

>>> Swimming Made Simple! <<<

  • LESSON TYPES

Choose the Perfect Swim Lesson Option for Your Child!

Explore our swim programs designed to fit your specific needs and aspirations. Whether your swimmer is just starting out or looking to enhance their skills, we have the right option for every young swimmer.

    1. Children's Small Group Lessons

Dive into learning with our Small Group Lessons! These sessions provide a supportive and fun environment where your child can learn swimming fundamentals alongside peers of similar skill levels. It’s a great way for them to gain confidence in the water while making new friends.

    2. Children's Private Lessons

Opt for personalized attention with our Private Lessons. Tailored to your child’s unique needs, these one-on-one sessions with our experienced instructors ensure that your child progresses at their own pace, focusing on specific techniques or areas for improvement.

    3. Children's Practice Swim Team

Ready to take things up a notch? Our Practice Swim Teams offer a more structured swimming environment, perfect for young swimmers who aspire to compete or who simply enjoy the thrill of swimming as a sport. They’ll refine their strokes, improve their times, and learn about competitive swimming in a supportive team setting.

We have a patented teaching methodology, which teaches children through a series of lesson levels.

  • ENROLLMENT

    Step-by-Step Enrollment Process:

    • Assessment of Skill Level: We start by determining the best starting level for each child based on their current skills. This is typically done through a series of questions that help our customer account managers identify the appropriate lesson level. If necessary, instructors can recommend adjustments if they believe a different level would be more suitable.

    • Scheduling Lessons: Once you decide to enroll your child, we ask that you inform us about a week before you wish them to start. This allows us to give you the most accurate information regarding available days and times. Our schedule is ongoing so you can enroll anytime. We can only confirm true availability about one week in advance.

    • Using the Customer Portal: All scheduling can be viewed and managed through our Customer Portal. This platform allows you to enroll in classes, view schedules, and manage your account easily. Can't find what you need? Use the Request A Lesson Form (see FORMS page) or give us a call 866.633.4147

    • Enrollment Options: For regular, consistent progress, we recommend enrolling your child in one lesson per week on an ongoing basis. Once enrolled, the chosen day and time are reserved for your child until they graduate to the next level, at which point we will help you find a new slot that suits the new requirements. If your schedule needs more flexibility, you can opt for drop-in swim lessons, which do not require ongoing commitment and are perfect for unpredictable schedules.

    • Progress Monitoring and Graduation: Our instructors closely monitor each student's progress towards the three main graduation goals of their current level. Achievements are recognized with emailed certificates after each goal is met. Upon mastering all three goals, the student graduates to the next level, and we discuss new level options with you.

    • Makeup Lesson Policy: We understand that absences can happen. Our makeup lesson policy allows for flexibility. Parents can report an absence through our website form, and makeup tokens received can be used for future swim lessons or in our AquaRec program.

Why Schedule Only a Week in Advance?

Given the fluid nature of our scheduling, affected by frequent level graduations, absences, and other changes, we’ve found that a one-week window before enrollment starts allows us to provide the most accurate, up-to-date availability. This approach ensures that we can accommodate as many students as effectively as possible while maintaining the flexibility that many families appreciate.
