Join us for AquaRec, where families come together to create special memories during our recreational swim sessions. Spend quality time in the water, enjoy playing together, and watch your kids proudly show off the skills they’ve learned in their lessons!

Getting started is easy:

• Set up or update your Customer Portal account:
• Be sure to include all participating family members, including adults, as "students" on your profile. To ensure everyone has a spot, simply select the "Add Student" option in your account.
• Reserve your AquaRec session:
• Check the AquaRec schedule in the Customer Portal and book the perfect time slot for your family to dive into fun!

Price:

• $15 per swimmer, per reservation

Makeup Policy:

• If you need to cancel, use the Report an Absence Form by 8:00 AM PST on the day of your scheduled reservation. This will allow you to receive a makeup token for future AquaRec sessions.
• Makeup Tokens: One swim lesson makeup token can cover the cost for up to two AquaRec participants in a future session.
• Please note, financial refunds or credits are not available for missed reservations.

Hours:

• Alameda Campus: Monday through Sunday — Check the Customer Portal for available times!
• Concord Campus:  Monday through Friday — Check the Customer Portal for available times!
  

Cancellations:

• To cancel a reservation and receive makeup tokens for future use, customers must report their absence using the Report an Absence Form by no later than 8:00 AM PST on the day of the scheduled reservation.

Makeup Tokens:

• AquaRec reservations made with a makeup token cannot be canceled or modified. Any changes will result in the forfeiture of the makeup token.

Reservation Window:

• Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance through the Customer Portal.

Adult Participation:

• AquaRec is designed for families, and adults without accompanying children are not permitted. Please note that AquaRec does not currently offer adult lap swim or fitness activities.

Child Participation:

• Children must be accompanied by an adult unless they can swim independently, use the restroom without assistance, and meet the height requirement of being able to stand with their head above water in our 4-foot pools. Unaccompanied children must comply with all pool regulations.

Diaper Policy:

• Swim diapers are required for all swimmers under the age of 3 or those who are not yet potty trained.

Showers:

• Showers are available for rinsing only. The use of soap or shampoo is not permitted.

Toys and Floats:

• Families are welcome to bring appropriately sized toys and floats. However, AquaTech management reserves the right to prohibit any items deemed unsafe for other swimmers.
