AQUAREC EXPLAINED

Experience the joy of AquaRec and create quality time with your family in our recreational swimming sessions for families! Come enjoy playing in the water as a family and let the kids show you how much they have learned in their lessons!

Here's how you can get started:

• Create or update your customer account in the Customer Portal. Don't forget to include all of the participating adults in your family as "students" on your account. To ensure everyone gets a spot, simply select the "Add Student" option in your customer account profile.
• Check out the AquaRec reservation availability in the Customer Portal. You'll be able to find the perfect time slots and reserve spots for all your loved ones!

Create memories, get some exercise and practice swim skills - AquaRec has got you covered!

$15 per swimmer per reservation

• Reservations who use the Report an Absence form by no later than 8:00 AM PST the day of the scheduled reservation, will receive makeup tokens that can be used for future AquaRec reservations.
• 1 lesson makeup token can be used in place of payment for up to 2 AquaRec participants.
• There are no financial refunds or credits for missed reservations.

• CANCELLATIONS: Customers who wish to cancel their reservations have the opportunity to receive makeup tokens for future use, provided that the absence is reported no later than 8:00 AM PST on the day of the scheduled reservation. To report an absence, customers must utilize the REPORT AN ABSENCE FORM.

• MAKEUP TOKENS: AquaRec reservations made using a makeup token cannot be canceled or modified without forfeiting the makeup token.

• RESERVATION WINDOW: Reservations can be made up to a maximum of 7 days in advance. Reservations can be made through our Customer Portal.

• ADULT PARTICIPATION: Adult participation in AquaRec without children is strictly prohibited. Please note that we currently do not offer adult lap swim or fitness activities.

• CHILD PARTICIPATION: Children are prohibited from participating in AquaRec without adult supervision, unless they possess the capacity to swim autonomously and utilize the restroom without assistance. It is mandatory for unaccompanied children to meet the height requirement of being able to stand with their heads above water in our 4-foot pools. Children who participate without adult supervision must comply with all pool regulations.

• DIAPERS: Swim diapers are mandatory for all swimmers who are under the age of 3 years or have not yet completed potty training.

• SHOWERS: Showers are intended for rinsing purposes only. The use of soap or shampoo is strictly prohibited.

• TOYS: Families are permitted to bring toys and floats of a suitable size to AquaTech. However, AquaTech management reserves the right to reject any external toy or float that poses a safety risk to other swimmers.
