BOOK A MAKEUP TOKEN

Need Help Booking a Makeup Token? If you need assistance booking a makeup token, simply fill out this form! Makeup lessons can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance.


You can also easily book makeup tokens directly through the Customer Portal:

  1. Go to "My Account."
  2. Select "Makeups" for the specific student.


Important Reminders:

  • Makeup tokens must be used within 1 year, as per our policy. Unused tokens cannot be converted into financial credits or refunds.
  • Once a makeup token is used to book a lesson or reservation, cancellations or changes are not allowed. Missing a scheduled makeup lesson or reservation will result in the token being forfeited.
