  • Trial Class (first time customers only)
  • Drop-In Class (books a single class only)
  • Re-Start A Regular Class (books a class that will be attended on a weekly, on-going basis)

Before filling out the request form, please be sure to do the following:

  • Review the class levels in the Child section of the website, or by contact us for assistance in selecting a level 866-633-4147.
  • Be sure to Create Your Account so we can book you as soon as we receive your form!

By filling out the form below, you are letting our customer care team know that you are interested in using a makeup credit in the next 7 days. Our team will work to find the best options available with the current schedule

How to acquire a makeup lesson:

AquaTech must be notified of an absence by no later than 9:00 AM the day of the scheduled lesson. Notification must come be sent by filling out the Report A Future Absence Form in the Customers section of the website.

How to schedule a makeup lesson:

Makeups lessons must be taken within 30 days after the cancelled lesson date. Makeups can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance, but no further. Fill out the form below or call us to understand availability for the next 7 days.

Reminder:

Class availability varies each week. It is the customer’s responsibility to work with the current class availability to schedule a makeup lesson. If a customer has a very restrictive schedule, AquaTech cannot guarantee makeup availability to suit a specific schedule. Please be mindful when cancelling a lesson. There are NO financial credits or reimbursements for makeup credits that have not been used within the policy timeframe.

Request Makeup Class
By filling out this form, you are notifying our customer care team that you would like to change your current lesson’s day/time in the next 7 days. For better and faster results, please ensure to add multiple day/time options as well as surrounding details of why you are requesting the move. If there are special considerations that need to be considered, please alert us to them.

Request Class Transfer
If you are currently booked into our Concord Unlimited Swim Program, you can use this form to alert our staff that you are interested in booking an additional class(es) within the next 4 days. Once your request form is received, our staff will contact you with the available “like” class times for the next 4 days. “Like” classes means the level your student currently swims in.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Classes are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee that a class with availability this week, will be the same the next week.

A $10 “no-show” fee will apply to all classes that have been booked but were not attended and not cancelled on-time. An on-time Cancellation is one received no later than 9:00 AM the day of the scheduled lesson.

Request Classes
By filling out this form, you are letting our customer care team know that you will be absent from an upcoming class(es). AquaTech offers a makeup lesson for lessons cancelled by no later than 9:00 AM the day of the scheduled lesson. If an absence is reported by this time, a makeup credit will be issued to your account.

All makeup lessons must be taken within 30 days after the cancelled lesson date.

Report Absence
It is AquaTech’s express goal to address any concerns regarding your experience. Please ensure to speak with a manager on duty, as they are happy to assist you!

Important Withdrawal Instructions:

  • The ongoing billing cycle occurs on the 1st of each month. Withdrawal notice must be received by no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the final day of a month to be removed from, or, pro-rated for the next month’s billing cycle.
  • The withdrawal date selected on the form must:
    • Be no sooner than the final day of the current month (which will incur no billing on the 1st of next month) OR;
    • Include a specific date within the next month (which will incur a pro-rated billing on the 1st of next month).
  • For ongoing programs, the current month has already been billed on the 1st of this month for the entire month. There are no reimbursements or financial credits given for programs already billed for the current month, as advance notice of withdrawal is required before each billing cycle on the 1st of each month.
