AquaTech offers a makeup lesson for lessons cancelled by no later than 9:00 AM PST the day of the scheduled lesson. If an absence is reported by this time, a makeup lesson credit will be issued to your account.

How to acquire a makeup lesson: AquaTech must be notified of an absence by no later than 9:00 AM PST on the day of the scheduled lesson. Notification must be sent by filling out the Report A Future Absence Form. 

How to schedule a makeup lesson: Makeup lessons can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance, but no further. Fill out the form below and we will contact you with availability for the next 7 days. If you cannot find a lesson time that fits your schedule, come join us for AquaRec! If using a makeup lesson credit for AquaRec, just show up to the program and alert our staff that you would like to use your makeup lesson credit in place of payment. 

IMPORTANT: We guarantee your regularly scheduled lesson each week. While we do offer makeup lessons for absences reported in advance, we do not guarantee specific days/times for makeup lesson availability. We have availability based on what other students are doing each week. If you have a very restrictive schedule, we do not recommend missing your regularly reserved lesson day/time. If you do need to miss the lesson day/time you have regularly reserved, you will be subject to working with the availability we have each day/week or utilizing your makeup lesson credit in a recreational program. Please be mindful when cancelling a regularly lesson. There are NO financial credits or reimbursements for makeup credits that have not been used within the policy timeframe. Additionally, once a makeup lesson has been reserved, there are no cancellations or changes that can be made. 

NEW EXPIRATION TIMEFRAME: Makeup lesson credits expire 1 year after the cancelled lesson date for any lessons cancelled in July 2020 and beyond.

Important Withdrawal Instructions:

  • A Withdrawal Notice is required to withdraw from an on-going program. The Withdrawal Form must be completed and received by no later than 12:00 PM (noon) PST on the final day of the 4 week billing cycle to be removed from, or pro-rated for the following 4 week cycle’s tuition.
  • The withdrawal date selected on the form must: 
    • Be no sooner than the final day of the current billing cycle (which will incur no billing on the next billing date) OR;
    • Include a specific date within the next billing cycle (which will incur a pro-rated billing on the next billing date).
  • For ongoing programs, the upcoming 4 week period is billed on the billing date. There are no reimbursements or financial credits given for programs already billed for the current 4 week billing cycle, as advance notice of withdrawal is required before each billing cycle. 
  • Billing dates are listed in the Policies section of our website and email/text reminders are sent 1 week prior to each billing date. Billing dates for 2020 include: TBD – Summer 2020
