BREATHING FOR SURVIVAL & FORMAL STROKES
The Silverfish / Goldfish level is one level with 2 progressive stages, Silverfish to Goldfish. The level is designed for children who have a solid comfort level in the water, can kick properly and float independently. The focus of the level is breathing technique development. The techniques learned will be used for both survival swimming, recreational swimming and will later translate into the proper breathing structure for formal strokes. Lessons have a 4 student to 1 teacher ratio and are 30 minutes in length. Graduates of the Silverfish Level move up to Goldfish Level and graduates of the Goldfish Level move up to the Puffer Level.
