How It Works

AquaRec Swim time can be reserved by AquaTech Swim Members only. To become a member, create your account by visiting the CUSTOMER PORTAL

After an account has been made, a reservation request can be sent using the REQUEST A RESERVATION Form. Reservation times are listed above and when reserved, include a private lane space in the pool for your family only.

Once our staff receives your request form they will assess if the requested day/time/location is available and if so, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. Then simply show up on your reserved day, check-in at the front desk and enjoy!

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so by filling out the REPORT AN ABSENCE Form by no later than 8:00 AM the day of the scheduled reservation. A makeup token will be issued to your account. The makeup token can be used to rebook a different reservation in the future. Makeup tokens expire 1 year from the date of the cancelled reservation.

All participants are required to wear the provided ID bracelet given at the time of check-in.
