New changes at Aquatech swim school!

We have made some updates to our recreational AquaRec Swim Program that will begin on Wednesday 3/31/21. Please review the important updates below:

The format of the pool will change from single lanes reservations to an open pool space. There is a maximum number of reservations allowed during each reservation hour to promote social distancing.  SELF-SERVICE RESERVATIONS: 
You can now reserve a space through our CUSTOMER PORTAL and bypass the need to speak with customer service. Here’s how: 
  • Log in to your account
  • Select the LOCATION you wish to view
  • Select the BOOKINGS menu option
  • SEE CLASSES and book what works for you 
  • Reservations can be made 7 days in advance but no further. 
  • There are no makeups, refunds or credits for missed reservations. Once booked, reservations cannot be changed. 
  • Swimmers must come dressed and ready for swim, changing rooms are available for after swim use only. 
  • Reserved swimmers only allowed in the pool. May have 1 spectator in viewing area only
  • Masks are required while in the facility except while swimming in the pool. 
  • Swim diapers required on all children under 3 years of age and/or not yet potty trained. 
FAQs:  What if I was booked in advance of 7 days prior to this notice, what happened to my reservations?
  • RESERVATIONS THE WEEK OF 3/29 – 4/4 (this week): You are still enrolled in your paid reservation and/or makeup token reservation for this week. 11:30 AM reservations have been moved to an 11 AM start time. Be sure to check your enrollments in the CUSTOMER PORTAL.  
  • PAID FUTURE RESERVATIONS (beyond 4/4): If you had paid in advance for future reservations beyond this week beyond 4/4, your reservation was cancelled in order for this update to be made. A financial credit has been placed on your account. When booking yourself in new reservations through the CUSTOMER PORTAL, you will be able to easily see and apply this financial credit towards any future reservations. 
  • FUTURE MAKEUP TOKENS (beyond 4/4): If you reserved a future space using makeup tokens beyond 4/4, your makeup lessons has been cancelled and the tokens returned to your account for future use. Please use the USE A MAKEUP TOKEN form to specify if you would like to use a token in AquaRec in the next 7 days!
