Bummer, you will be missed! We appreciate the notice you provided us, which allows our whole system of booking lessons to work well! 

By filling out this form, you are letting our customer specialist team know that you will be absent from an upcoming lesson(s). AquaTech offers a makeup lesson for lessons cancelled by no later than 9:00 AM PST the day of the scheduled lesson. If an absence is reported by this time, a makeup lesson credit will be issued to your account.

REQUEST A LESSON

Alright, let’s use up that lesson credit! Did you know makeup credits can be used in lessons and/or recreational programs? If you cannot find a lesson time that fits your schedule, come join us for AquaBaby or AquaRec!

By filling out the form below, you are letting our customer care specialists know that you are interested in using a makeup lesson credit in the next 7 days. Our team will work to find the best options available with the current schedule.

How to acquire a makeup lesson:

AquaTech must be notified of an absence by no later than 9:00 AM PST on the day of the scheduled lesson. Notification must be sent by filling out the Report A Future Absence Form. 

How to schedule a makeup lesson:

Makeup lessons can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance, but no further. Fill out the form below or call us 866-633-4147 to understand availability for the next 7 days.

If using a makeup lesson credit in a recreational program, just show up to the program and alert our staff that you would like to use your makeup lesson credit in the program. 

Reminder:

Lesson availability varies each week. It is the customer’s responsibility to work with the current lesson availability to schedule a makeup lesson. AquaTech cannot guarantee makeup availability to suit specific and restrictive scheduling needs. Please be mindful when cancelling a regularly lesson. There are NO financial credits or reimbursements for makeup credits that have not been used within the policy timeframe. Makeup lesson credits expire 4 weeks after the cancelled lesson date. 

REQUEST A MAKEUP LESSON

If you are currently booked into our Concord Unlimited Swim Program, you can use this form to alert our staff that you are interested in booking an additional lesson(s) within the next 7 days. Once your request form is received, our staff will contact you with the available “like” lesson times for the next 7 days. “Like” lessons means the level your student currently swims in.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Lessons are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee that a lesson time with availability this week, will be the same the next week.

A $10 “no-show” fee will apply to all lessons that have been booked but were not attended and not cancelled on-time. An on-time cancellation is one received no later than 9:00 AM PST the day of the scheduled lesson through the Report An Absence Form.

REQUEST UNLIMITED LESSON

Oh no! Are you sure you are ready to go? It is AquaTech’s express goal to address any concerns regarding your experience. Please ensure to speak with a manager on duty, as they are happy to assist you as well!

Important Withdrawal Instructions:

  • A Withdrawal Notice is required to withdraw from an on-going program. The Withdrawal Form must be completed and received by no later than 12:00 PM (noon) PST on the final day of the 4 week billing cycle to be removed from, or pro-rated for the following 4 week cycle’s tuition.
  • The withdrawal date selected on the form must: 
    • Be no sooner than the final day of the current billing cycle (which will incur no billing on the next billing date) OR;
    • Include a specific date within the next billing cycle (which will incur a pro-rated billing on the next billing date).
  • For ongoing programs, the upcoming 4 week period is billed on the billing date. There are no reimbursements or financial credits given for programs already billed for the current 4 week billing cycle, as advance notice of withdrawal is required before each billing cycle. 
  • Billing dates are listed in the Policies section of our website and email/text reminders are sent 1 week prior to each billing date. Billing dates for 2020 include: 1/1, 2/1, 3/1, 4/1**, 4/29, 5/27, 6/24, 7/22, 8/19, 9/16, 10/14, 11/11, 12/9. **4 week billing cycles begin
