Self-Service Station


AquaTech is open 7 days a week, year-round! We close in observance of major holidays and close early on a quarterly basis to conduct all-staff trainings (very important!) Below is a list of our 2018 planned closure dates!

Full Day Closures: 

Monday, January 1 – New Year’s Day
Sunday, April 1 – Easter
Monday, May 28 – Memorial Day
Wednesday, July 4 – Independence Day
Monday, September 3 – Labor Day
Thursday, November 22 – Thanksgiving
Monday, December 24 – Tuesday January 1 2019 – Winter Break / Facility Maintenance

Partial Day Closures: 

Wednesday, January 31 – Close at 2:00 PM for staff training
Monday, April 2 – Close at 2:00 PM for staff training
Friday, June 29 – Close at 2:00 PM for staff training
Tuesday, October 2 – Close at 2:00 PM for staff training


If you are currently booked into our Concord Unlimited Swim Program, you can use this form to alert our staff that you are interested in booking an additional class(es) within the next 4 days.Once your request form is received, our staff will contact you with the available “like” class times over the next 4 days, hopefully some in the timeframe you prefer! “Like” classes mean the level your student currently swims in.


Classes are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee that a class with availability this week, will be the same the next week.

A $10 “no-show” fee will apply to all classes that have been booked but were not attended and not cancelled on time. An on time Cancellation is one received no later than 9:00 AM the day of the scheduled lesson.

Request Classes

AquaTech offers a makeup lesson for lessons cancelled by no later than 9:00 AM the day of the scheduled lesson. If an absence is reported by this time, a makeup credit will be issued to your account.

All makeup lessons must be taken within 30 days after the cancelled lesson date.

Report Absence

It is AquaTech’s express goal to address any concerns regarding your experience. Please ensure to speak with a manager on duty, as they are happy to assist you!

Important Withdrawal Instructions:

  • The ongoing billing cycle occurs on the 1st of each month. Withdrawal notice must be received by no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the final day of a month to be removed from, or, pro-rated for the next month’s billing cycle.
  • The withdrawal date selected on the form must:
    • Be no sooner than the final day of the current month (which will incur no billing on the 1st of next month) OR;
    • Include a specific date within the next month (which will incur a pro-rated billing on the 1st of next month).
  • For ongoing programs, the current month has already been billed on the 1st of this month for the entire month. There are no reimbursements or financial credits given for programs already billed for the current month, as advance notice of withdrawal is required before each billing cycle on the 1st of each month.

PLEASE NOTE: The schedule you can view through the parent portal is very limited in what it can show and tell you about a class. Our staff has greater access to view more details and will be able to give you more information about a class you may be interested in. In other words, if a class is showing as full in the parent portal, our staff will be able to tell you if/when a space will be open, if a space is open for a makeup on a particular date, the age of the other students in the class, etc. The parent portal is a great resource to be able to see when we generally run certain class levels, but please always contact us to get more details before becoming discouraged! 866.633.4147 –
